The staff, especially Mr Douglus at the Front Office, were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. the Club room option provided us with a choice between the limited yet delicious lounge breakfast and the vast spread at Al Dana restaurant, catering to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to various restaurants and excellent service standards. the rooms were spacious, offering breathtaking views of Sheikh Zayed Road and the iconic Burj Khalifa. the friendly staff, lively lobby, and the overall cheerful atmosphere made our stay even more memorable. A special mention goes to the warm welcome we received with a chocolate cake in our room for our 35th wedding anniversary - a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. Thank you to the team for making our celebration extra special. Overall, our experience at Millennium Plaza Downtown, Dubai was delightful, combining luxury and comfort seamlessly. We highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service, fantastic location, and welcoming ambiance. It was a memorable stay that we will cherish for years to come.
